GUIDE
General usage
To search for a program, type the name (case-insensitive) into the "program name" box, then click search. A list of programs should come up, assuming there are any in the database that match the name. The (number) after the author nickname is the user ID in my database, which brings us to the next part.
User searching
Underneath the regular search box, there is a user search box that can be used to show only programs made by a specific user. This user's ID can be obtained by searching for one of their programs, the ID will be the red number. The more programs they have in the database, the lower their ID will be. The regular search box can be used with the user search by simply pressing the user search button insead of the regular search button.
Color coding
In the results list, program links are color-coded by their approximate age. Here is a guide:
Jul 2012 - Dec 2013
Jun 2013 - c. Sep 2014
c. Sep 2014 - Apr 2015
Apr 2015 - Feb 2016, Jun 2016 - late 2016
Feb 2016 - Jun 2016
late 2016 - early 2018
early 2018 - late 2019
late 2019 - present
Sorting options
Programs can be sorted using multiple buttons. Here is a guide:
ID: Sorts by program ID. This is useful for seeing the oldest programs in the database.
Name: Sorts alphabetically by program name.
Votes: Sorts by votes. Note that this is not the same as the order on the Votes List due to downvotes that some programs received before the start of 2014.
Divisibility: Similarly to the ID sorting, this sorts by general age, using the same method as the color-coding.
Other notes
The XSS option toggles whether HTML code in program titles should be executed or displayed. By default the code is simply displayed, as executing it would allow programs to mess with the CSS.
